Can I pickup my order?

Yes! We also offer pickup in the city of Chicago (West Town). Contact us if you prefer to pick up your order.

Does Gifu Fuyu need to be refrigerated?

No. Gifu Fuyu is pasteurized and it can be stored at room temperature (even after opening). Good hot sauce is like good wine. If it's too cold, it's hiding something.

How long until I receive my order?

We'll ship your order on the next business day. While after that it's up to the carrier, folks typically receive their order in 3-7 days.

Is Gifu Fuyu vegan? Gluten free?

Yes. We use high-quality ingredients, no animal products and no preservatives.

Does Gifu Fuyu contain any allergens?

We do not use any of the eight major allergens - wheat, soy, dairy, fish, shellfish, peanuts, tree nuts or egg.

How do I get Gifu Fuyu for my restaurant (or orders > 12 bottles)?

If you want to make Gifu Fuyu your in-house hot sauce, we'd love to work something out. We also offer product and shipping discounts on orders > 12 bottles. Contact us by emailing info@gifufuyu.com.
